Yes! The dude in the grey beenie/toque with his arm reached out is Jay Z. We weren't allowed to take pictures so my girlfriend took my camera and took the picture. This picture was taken in Vancouver at Fortune Sound Club for the unofficial 'official' Jay Z after party. Jay Z's official DJ 'Neil Armstrong' was also on the ones and twos. The concert was DOPE! I will post footage of that later this week.
